Library Director - Hortonville

The Village of Hortonville is accepting applications for a Library Director. The Hortonville Public Library is located in southwestern Outagamie County, Wisconsin, in an area known as the Fox Valley. Hortonville has a population of 2,700. The Hortonville Public Library’s annual circulation is 75,000+, with an approximate budget of $198,000.00. The library is a member of OWLS-Outagamie Waupaca Library System. Duties: Plan and lead a library program, recommend library policies and services to the Library’s Board of Trustees; assist the Board in long range planning and manage library resources.

Candidates must be eligible for a Grade 3 Wisconsin Library Certification. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; however, two years of study at an accredited institution will also be considered. A minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a public library is preferred.
