The Clintonville Public Library is accepting applications for a part-time Library Technician position, averaging 17 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours. The current schedule includes every other Saturday. Schedules are planned monthly and may be subject to change. Duties include but not limited to checking materials in and out, assisting people with computers, answering the telephone, and processing library materials. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, responsible, flexible, dependable, and team oriented. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Computer skills and the ability to adapt to changes in technology preferred. Experience working in a library is a plus. Training will be provided on library specific tasks. Upon selection, a background check will be performed. The starting wage is $14.1445 per hour.
