  • After speaking with both vendors, we have discovered that we cannot implement BiblioCommons at the same time we release CARL. We understand it is not desirable for patrons and staff to learn two new systems in a year, so we would like input on how we should proceed. Do we:
    • Wait at least 6 months after CARL goes live to implement BiblioCommons (release it early 2021)?
    • Wait a different amount of time, and if so what is the right amount of time?
    • Table this decision until March 2021?

14. Adjourn
