Earlier this week, OverDrive released an update for the OverDrive App for iOS devices.
UPDATE 3/6/2016: We've released an update for OverDrive for iOS (3.5.2), which includes updated error messages and some individual eBook fixes (which should reduce the number of "Fulfillment Failed" errors), and also addresses the issue of library cards not being remembered. For patrons that continue to have problems downloading titles, OverDrive recommends the following:
- Uninstall the app
- Reboot the device (that step is very important)
- Reinstall the app from the app store.
