OWLS Board of Trustees

The Outagamie Waupaca Library System is governed by a fifteen-member board of trustees representing both counties. The trustees, appointed for three-year terms by the counties, meet at 6:00 PM on the third Thursdays of January, March, May, July, September, and November. Meetings are held at the OWLS office with an online option unless otherwise noted on the agenda.

Outagamie County
